Mitchel is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (MN), a Licensed Professional Counselor (CO), a Licensed School Counselor, and Board Approved Supervisor for LPCs/LPCCs in MN and CO. He is licensed at the highest level to practice therapy in both Minnesota and Colorado. He holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Education & Supervision from Winona State University and has been in practice since 2015. Mitchel's practice involves individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults presenting with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief/trauma, life transitions, and more. Mitchel also works with families and couples in need of support, providing couple's therapy and family systems counseling to support improved relationships. In addition, he works as an Adjunct Professor in Counseling/Psych programs. He's covered in tattoos, probably writing new music (he's had a long career as a musician), or sneaking away to longboard around the city or hike and snowboard in the mountains.
